Philosophy time!

Celebrating the weird yet relevant wisdom and life lessons found in Adventure Time!

A lot of us grew up with this show, and the characters within grew with us. The show’s creators often jokingly reference to philosophers and their ideals throughout the show, but they also implement ideas and wisdom among the deeper messages and themes. For me, it has not only been compelling to see the characters grow, but to learn from the show myself as well- from art style and story writing to relationships and existentiality.  The show might be ending, but its impact on us will live on forever. 

Remember when the show was about a boy and his dog going on silly adventures in a fantasy land where everything was fun and cool? Seasons later, they’ve dealt with end of the world deals, time travel, hardships and breakups, trust issues, and a sense of impending doom. BOY HOW TIME FLIES
